Vice President, Kalpana Saroj Foundation Head
As Vice President of the Kalpana Saroj Foundation, Seema Saroj provides strategic leadership to advance the Foundation’s mission of creating innovative, community-owned models for social and economic transformation. She spearheads key initiatives in rural development, women’s entrepreneurship, and skilling of specially-abled communities, ensuring that the Foundation’s programs are impactful, scalable, and sustainable. Seema’s vision is deeply aligned with the Foundation’s ethos of dignity, empowerment, and inclusive growth. With her dynamic leadership, KSF continues to design and deliver initiatives that not only uplift individuals but also strengthen entire ecosystems shaping a future of opportunity, equity, and resilience.
Ashish Deshpande
Head – Finance, Kalpana Saroj Foundation
Ashish Deshpande leads the Finance function at the Kalpana Saroj Foundation, bringing with him a sharp acumen for financial stewardship and accountability. Ashish plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Foundation’s operational backbone. His focus on sustainability, compliance, and resource optimization enables KSF to channel maximum value into its social development initiatives. Guided by the Foundation’s vision of inclusive growth, Ashish’s expertise helps translate intent into measurable outcomes ensuring every initiative is both financially sound and socially transformative.
Herumb Khot
Communications and Media Relations Lead
A well known Television producer, serves as the Communications and Media Relations Lead for the foundation. He oversees all aspects of media engagement, public relations, and strategic outreach, ensuring the foundation’s initiatives are effectively communicated to stakeholders and the wider community. With expertise in handling press, digital platforms, and public engagements, Herumb plays a key role in amplifying the foundation’s mission and strengthening its public presence. His work reflects a commitment to transparency, impact-driven communication, and advancing the foundation’s vision of social welfare.
Sunil Mishra
Human Rights Lawyer and Public Policy Expert
A seasoned human rights lawyer and public policy expert, Adv. Sunil Mishra brings over 15 years of experience in the social sector and law. He is a dedicated advocate for labour rights and an expert on constitutional law, working at the intersection of justice, governance, and public policy. His expertise lies in shaping legal frameworks and policies that uphold human dignity and protect vulnerable communities. Through his extensive experience in both grassroots advocacy and institutional policy work, Adv Sunil has contributed to strengthening social justice mechanisms and promoting equitable development. His work embodies a deep commitment to constitutional values, ethical governance, and the advancement of human rights in India.
